Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance. Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking to secure flights, hotels, and visas. Failure to make payment within the specified period may result in cancellation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to airline, hotel, and visa policies. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable service charges. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations once travel has begun.

Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of each pilgrim to provide valid travel documents, including a passport, photographs, vaccination certificates, and any other required papers. We will assist in processing, but incomplete or invalid documents may delay or cancel your booking.

Transport & Accommodation

Transport and hotel arrangements are made according to your selected package. While we ensure quality and comfort, specific requests (e.g., room sharing, vehicle type) must be made at the time of booking.

Responsibilities of Pilgrims

Pilgrims must follow Saudi laws, travel regulations, and Islamic guidelines during their journey. The company is not responsible for any delays, loss of belongings, or personal issues arising from non-compliance.
